[/quote] I don't doubt this but in a hypothetical match-up, Haley would be a lock to beat Biden but DeSantis wouldn't provide for an absolute guarantee of victory over Biden. I think DeSantis would fair only slightly better than Trump in a general election. A normal Dem candidate would crush DeSantis and would be a slight favorite against Haley. The fact that DeSantis has an edge on Haley in the what if Trump couldn't run hypothetical race makes this conversation a moot point.[/quote]
