The state of Maryland is preparing to give the orioles a ton of money to stay in Baltimore. The ravens will demand equal concessions to anything the Os get. That’s going to tap out Maryland. They are not going to turn around and offer the nats a stadium. Virginia will be giving Ted $1 billion, probably over the objection of local voters. There will be no appetite to get a baseball team too. DC now has leverage over the Lerners [/quote]
