You seem to be suggesting that there is a significant percentage of those vehicles on the road in given day. We don't have enough roads for that. DC ranks lowest for average miles driven per year.

Congratulations at illustrating that DC drivers make up very little of the road users in the District, and that much of our DC taxpayer money that subsidizes auto infrastructure is indeed subsidizing the suburban, MD and VA driver's habit instead.[/quote]
