[/quote] SR has around 65 girls in each middle school class, about 50 of them with continue into SR high school and they will be joined by 50 new girls. The current varsity head coach starts working with the 5th grade club lacrosse players to develop her team 4 years in advance. Visi has to take whoever comes through the door in 9th grade. Maybe Potomac and SSSAS are also working with their middle schoolers this way, I don’t know, but it’s an impressive operation they have going.[/quote] Pretty sure SSSAS invented this way. [/quote]
