There’s a crazy woman over my the Anacostia Metro that routinely urinates, defecates and pleasures herself in front of the windows at the Thurgood Marshall Academy charter school.

I’ve personally seen her doing it on at least two dozen occasions.

Wouldn’t matter because everyone involved would blow you off. I truly do think SOME police care about crimes like this BUT their hands are tied by the fact that it’s very hard to force people into treatment, plus even if you arrest and take them to jail the perp won’t be prosecuted. [/quote]

There is only one way to find out if you will be blown off and that is to report. Every time. I cannot imagine that you watched a woman do these things at least 24 separate times, in the window of a school, but didn't report. This is what is wrong with society. Report, every time. [/quote]
The police are telling people not to.   They wouldn’t even take reports last few times I tried. They have clearly been directed to avoid it.[/quote]
