The Satanist is not a distributor. The Satanist is a designer that Target partnered with.  The Satanist who designed the “Satan respects pronouns” shirt is the same designer Target selected to create merchandise for this year’s pride campaign.   Your friend in that video is misrepresenting the relationship that Target has with the Satanist.  [/quote]

You are creating an issue out of nothing.  This is why people, especially the younger generations, are not voting for republicans and becoming less religious.

Target is not selling any Satanic-themed clothing in its stores, not to adults, and certainly not to children. The designer behind the merchandise is also not a "Satanist" and says the t-shirt was created to be campy and satirical-something the right-wing has shown they cannot understand.

All retailers are having a rough go of it. Walmart's market cap is down $20bn in the past six months, but sure, the market is uniquely punishing Target for imaginary satanic trans babies or whatever. No doubt you'll bleat "go woke go broke" and forget that this ever happened in 3 months when Target's stock is no worse for the wear.

Yes, the marker overall is being battered. However, Target's graph shows a stark and precipitous decline correlating with the negative news cycle about this issue, and Walmart's graph does not show a corresponding decline in the same time period. You are truly bending backward to claim that no one cares about this except small-town churchgoers and Liberty University students.  But the facts don't align. People are reacting to this, and Bud Light, etc, just not for the reasons you think.  It's not because their Christian morals are outraged. It's that they think this stuff is weird and demented. People are fine with gay rights, religious freedom, etc-- this is solidly mainstream. Bud Light and Target are pushing outside of the mainstream.
