That $900k house came with everything 90s builder grade. You have to then spend more to upgrade every little thing. Our friends have put a ton of money into their 6 year old home. As for fences, people do put them in after they have lived there a while and have money to spend on upgrades. Those houses come with the bare minimum.[/quote]
