He has emails (330) and documents to back up his testimony. 
Cohen told Costello - repeatedly - that he made the payment to Stormy Daniels without telling Trump.  He did it on his own.

Even if that’s true, it doesn’t affect Braggs case at all.  Braggs case is about the cover up of the payment and then deducting it as a business expense.  Donny was definitely involved in that because he signed the checks and other paperwork.[/quote]

Sure.  You'll see.  Bragg's case is a bust.  It was stupid for him to even try to revive this case when it was declined by others.
