Even if that’s true, it doesn’t affect Braggs case at all. Braggs case is about the cover up of the payment and then deducting it as a business expense. Donny was definitely involved in that because he signed the checks and other paperwork.

As much as I'd like to see Trump indicted, I did note with interest that no one has come forward to praise or defend Bragg in any of the centrist or left-leaning newspapers. If you read between the lines, they're a bit surprised the investigation was revived.
So we're all waiting, Bragg!
