Some people think it was a slight dip in interest rates, or maybe it's just the normal "spring" activity, but it's been a crazy reversal from the slowness of late last year. Wouldn't surprise me if toll saw a wave of buyers and felt like there was room to increase prices. Who knows if this will last.[/quote]
