I am a real buyer. It’s so odd that if someone is excited about their new home, the immediate response is to say they are a fake. Lots of people are looking for communities like Amalyn because they want a place with families, kids running around, a community clubhouse, etc. Our family looked at a ton of houses for a year before we finally decided on Amalyn. We think it’s going to be great![/quote]

I’d like to know this too. Are their families with very young toddlers and infants moving into this neighborhood or does it skew older? Also I have no intention of joining the email chain referenced above (no offense.) Although I think it’s a great idea, I just …well I’m skittish. It’s a nice little neighborhood and would be great if there are a lot of families with young kids, but not great for my particular family if thst is not the case. I’d love some feedback from people who have already purchased.[/quote]

I'm the PP - same here re: the email! I'd have to create a fake email since I wouldn't want to use my actual email. I also have very young kids so a planned community with lots of kids sounds pretty cool. If not, then this isn't my thing.[/quote]
