If not, on what grounds/visa status do they come and stay? You know standard tourist visa is 6 months admission only, no right to public schooling, right? I find it very hard to believe that Korean families wealthy enough to fund the child's chaperoned stay here would be willing to essentially sentence their child to living underground for a number of years.
