I can't even imagine how an 11 month old processes that kind of pain and trauma, not to mention the toddler sib who was not hit with a brick. Head and face wounds also bleed profusely, the toddler must have been terrified. The brick thrower has no priors per the DC SC website, wonder if he is new to the city?
