[/quote]' Sounds like you're in some form of product fulfillment or customer service. That's tantamount to hourly. Your employer needs to hire enough staff to cover the shortage. You shouldn't be held hostage to your job just because your employer is cheap. The same thing with teachers. If they have the leave time then they should be able to use it when they need to.[/quote]
