No.  There is not school now.  And this reality is growing our crime rates.  How do you not know that schools are still closed?[/quote]

I KNOW that schools are still closed to IPL, but they are supposedly teaching them online. Which is a joke. And no one cares. If they were skipping school, then MAYBE post-Relisha Rudd, someone would notice their whereabouts, but doubtful. Juvenile detention and rehab is fine for them, but I want the parents/guardians CHARGED.

Not that children are pets, but if my dog gets off leash and bites someone, I am the responsible party. If someone slips on my front walk because I didn't shovel the snow, I am the responsible party. Since they are young, where is the ADULT responsible party? THEY need rehab and training.[/quote]
