They do something similar in Europe. Make HS similar to college or an apprenticeship. We are going about this all wrong. Half, if not more, of the facts memorized for tests is useless anyhow, these tests prove nothing.[/quote] Last time I checked Europe put students on different tracks still largely based on test results.
