You are mis-representing what's shown in the video. They very clearly said that it's an "intermediary" climb. The old guy said you need "some good hands to climb this". It is not a climb for beginners. The 5 foot-tall flat section is difficult to overcome without climbing experience. They do not show young children and novices climbing it.

Also, the guy that was juggling only went up the post part, he did not scale the whole thing. The challenge is not the post part, but overcoming the flat portion at the top.

Lastly, it's easy to sit there and talk about climbing a 18 foot tall fence while wearing climbing shoes, safety harness, belaying lines tied to a previously mounted anchor point, a helmet, and no physical exertion leading up to the climb.   [/quote]
