MDPUs up near 355; above King Farm Village and MDPUs purchased by the HOC and rented for very low amounts (former homeless people, etc.). Then Section 8 and HOC rentals in the apartments. Back in the day, we lived in the apartments while building our house. Knew one family from church paying $28 for a 3 bedroom apartment, while HOC funded the rest. I couldn’t help but think that the money could have helped more families in a different location.[/quote]
