You just are.[/quote I'd say there's "government-sanctioned" child abuse in foster care situations and in juvenile detention centers. Where's the uproar? Most of the kids in juvie are black - and interestingly enough - Native American males. The majority of the kids in foster care are white, however, but black kids are second. Again, where's the uproar? [/quote]
