I also read the background section of the petition for cert. This family presents no evidence of racial bias. “Grades were wrong and later corrected” is the sum total. The family suffered no damages, as their daughter graduated high school with a corrected transcript and attended a top-tier university. Meanwhile, the family failed to apply on-time to at least on school and failed to properly release test scores. Nor did they apply to any likely or safety schools.

This lawsuit isn’t getting heard by the Supreme Court and the family knows it. Its only purpose is to smear Sidwell publicly. Congratulations on taking the bait, particularly if you’re calling for WaPo or NYT to cover this “scandal.” While you’re at it, you may want to hire this young woman. If you ever have to fire her for cause, it shouldn’t be a problem.[/quote]
