Exactly. The majority of "strong teams" have been built by recruiting from other clubs, not so much by pure development.

Are you referring to tryouts in regards to the number of players that attend and/or the quality of players?  I would see that being a measurement of success, meaning if all your skilled players leave to play for another club...cant be good.[/quote]
