Exactly. The majority of "strong teams" have been built by recruiting from other clubs, not so much by pure development.

There is a big difference between the levels of play.

That said, I don't think that comparison has any place in the discussion of LMVSC coaches and it certainly does not speak to the quality of LMVSC coaches.

They are decent coaches, sure. And when they work for you, of course you will speak highly of them. Seriously, why would she speak lowly of them whilst at the club?

But, if these guys are truly so great, why are they messing around with such inconsequential clubs?

Shouldn't at least one of the nearby, coveted DA clubs be knocking down their doors?

Did you go to the meetings, where Lula talked about how they’re going to *change everything*? Caring about the blue teams as anything more than cash would be a good start.

I think that's a real issue that's been at the club. My question is do you think that was a directive of Lula's, to not focus on the blue and white teams? Or was that on Este to establish the culture as the td? It seems like people want to blame Lula for everything and put none of the blame on the staff. Lula is coaching 2 white teams next year. Este has grabbed his friends, no matter the qualifications, and put them all on the top teams at SYC. To me, that speaks volumes as to where the issue came from.
