If your child is ECNL than you already are probably in the loop of what's going on. If you aren’t you should subscribe to soccer news outlets like soccerwire or facebook or twitter services for us club soccer , us soccer, even the league or team feeds.

TBH, I didn’t know how NSCL, ODSL worked or that EDP or ECNL even existed until last year.

Thats why it’s nice to see something like DCUM discussing this, but unfortunately the sub here is just sports and not only soccer. [b]There is some good info in the huge threads but hard to sift through and find.[/b]

Thank you.  The thread has been a nice one of late, and the focus on girls' developments is very helpful.  The other big thread had too much going on with league debates and the fight over the future of US Soccer.  There is a lot going on in girls soccer in the area, and a lot of posters in that thread did not like the discussions tracking all the youth soccer stuff on the girls side.

Newbies can search Part 1 of the main big thread for many answers to their basic questions.

I started this thread because of the boys vs girls comments on the "Travel Soccer teams around NOVA let's discuss Part I and II " threads hoping to allow those that didn't want to be confused or talk about the nuances of the girls side an outlet.  so far. so good.. I think more threads would exacerbate the inability to find certain things as they get pushed back into the older threads. [/quote][/quote]
