You can fight to keep new residential development out of your neighborhood, which people have indeed done in Bethesda and Potomac, but also in other parts of the county. You can also fight to keep workforce housing or low-income housing out of your neighborhood, but that's not MPDUs -- and again, people have done this in other parts of the county as well (most recently Damascus, for example).[/quote]
