In fairness, it’s 99% because they couldn’t make the US team but still want to be in the Olympics.  I think everyone gets that.

NP. What’s hollow is the fact that she insists the money isn’t the reason she is repping China when we all know that’s not true. I don’t blame her, this is life changing money we are talking about, but just acknowledge that instead of spinning fantastical yarns about why you’re repping a country other than the one you were born and raised in. You do realize that, in order for her to make the 14mm, she has to present herself as someone who loves Chinese culture, right? Her comp will be halved if she acknowledge its about money.
