After researching causes of narcissism being overly praised by parents is a cause. As is overprotection by parents. So Jen’s overly affirming dad and permissive mom in a highly protective Christian culture may have helped facilitated this outcome. I’ve resisted believing she’s a bona fide Narc but the evidence is piling up. [/quote]
