But I also find it hard to grasp that schools need to be torn down and rebuilt every fifty years or so.  Aren't buildings in cities like DC or NYC older?

Is the need due to lack of maintenance/updates or that there are higher standards here?

Some parts of the Magruder area aren't too far from the Crown site and it's basically a straight shot down Shady Grove Road or 370, if buses are allowed on highways.

The issue is that there are some parts further out, closer out.  But if buses can take the highway, 200 makes it a bit easier.

meant to say that there are parts of Magruder that are closer to Olney.  But they're not far from 200.[/quote]
