And ideally, the CR would be to September with the exception of Homeland Security, which they can negotiate. That should be to March when the debt ceiling will need to be extended (again) so they can make a full deal that includes both. And that should be tenable - $5B for "border security" which can include repairing the physical border in areas that are determined need to be repaired, and some sort of short term amnesty for Dreamers.[/quote]
