Simple as that. The fact she got shot is up
To the courts, if it makes it there.

The Post reports that Good worked to "document and resist" ICE in Minnesota.
Good is said to have moved to Minneapolis last year and quickly connected with anti-ICE activists through her son's charter school.
The charter school says it puts "social justice first" and "involving kids in political and social activism," according to the Post.
"She was a warrior. She died doing what was right," a parent whose child goes to the school told the outlet.
"[Good] was trained against these ICE agents, what to do, what not to do, it’s a very thorough training... To listen to commands, to know your rights, to whistle when you see an ICE agent," the parent 'Leesa' said.
The Goods reportedly moved to Canada from Kansas City after Trump won the 2024 election and planned on living there permanently before relocating to Minneapolis.

Where is the relevance? Opinions like these expose the white supremacy that runs deep in white people. Perhaps all those Freedom Riders (1961) from the north should have been ripped from their bus seats and shot in the streets. Yes, I know these examples are white activists, but they're looked at as race traitors, just like Renee Good and Heather Heyer.
I think it is relevant if part of her “training” given by this group was to use her car to block roads and refuse ICE orders to move. They should not be telling people to do this and this is not part of peaceful protesting. She should have moved her car when they initially told her to. She didn’t. She should have then complied when they told her multiple times to get out of her car. She didn’t. She panicked and tried to flee when multiple officers were very close to her car- too close for her to be safely driving away. It’s a very bad idea to try and drive away when a police officer is at the window of your car trying to open your door, another is close to the side, and another is in front. I don’t believe she intended to drive into anyone- but she wasn’t in a position to safely maneuver her car, panicked, and tried anyway. This group should be investigating if they are indeed advising people dangerous means of resisting.

(I.e he already was past her so she wasn't obstructing his progress in any way). His car was also not legally parked for what it is worth. He wasn't even interacting with her. The other two ICE guys park their car and run up and start yelling at her, and Ross runs in front of her car deliberately to prevent her movement. She wasn't "fleeing" BTW. She was just trying to drive away.
Notice that the woman trailing him is a producer who is filming the ICE killer filming the car. She seems to direct him to get back in his car to pretend that he's exiting his vehicle to "interact" with the victim. The producer stands in front of the victim's vehicle to get the egress shot and walks toward the rear passenger side of the vehicle to pan the shot of the ICE killer walking from his vehicle to the victim's vehicle. Her video probably has one of the best views of the incident, since the angle and timing are relevant, and the video will obviously be production quality. She would also be the best eye witness, although she would be blackmailed to lie.

After that incident, he must have gone through extensive retraining on how to approach a vehicle. And from the front is not an approved method. So either he panicked (in which case he wasn't fit for duty) or he ignored his original training plus the extensive retraining he has had in the past few months (in which case he is unfit for duty).
Boy's in BIG trouble.
What trouble? They’ve already said they’re not going to prosecute.
He would be in big trouble if we had a functional government that held it agents accountable. We do not. Have a criminal gang that will protect its own.
Even if someone tried to prosecute him, Trump would pardon him. He pardoned the J6 domestic terrorists who killed Capitol police and some drug kingpins. Pardoning ICE would be no big deal
Not if it isn’t federal.
Correct. Both the state and the feds could investigate this shooting and prosecute if the facts warrant it, just like Derek Chauvin and the other officers in the George Floyd case. However after this shooting, it seems like the feds are refusing to even investigate, and they aren’t cooperating with the state so the state can’t investigate/prosecute if necessary either.

I'd like to see the earlier and later parts of this video for sure. What was he doing? Hanging around trying to harrass people?
