16-18 girls all that is required typically and hold players accountable for their lack of progress or inconsistent play.  In any event, spots need to be earned or there’s no competitive instinct.  Players look like they’re going through the motions during games and don’t have passion to win.    Don’t punish or discourage the committed players with ones who are not.

If you have a deep bench of talent it would be different but you don’t.  There are players who probably aren’t even good enough to play second team rostered.  Huh?

If you win, you attract top players…not the other way around.

There are only so many top players in any age group in the entire DMV, spread across too many ECNL/GA teams, there’s just not enough of your so called “committed” players to fill all these teams. [/quote]
