In person work is essential for work place camaraderie. Secretary Collins, if you or your staff are reading this, please implement full time RTO asap. Yes, there will be challenges to returning to the office full time. However, we owe it to the Veterans whom we serve and our colleagues. ICARE!
Camaraderie? Processing appeals is a solitary job that involves very little collaboration. Any time spent on "camaraderie" is time not processing appeals. I doubt the vets care whether BVA employees are social with their coworkers.
he's trolling. The person who posted this is a pathetic loser with no life, and no connection to BVA, who seeks joy out of coming on here and posting nonsense so he can see how many people he can get a reaction from, don't feed him.
How am I trolling? I’m just expressing my opinion. You’re free to disagree with me, but your disagreement with my opinion doesn’t mean that I’m trolling. Moreover, please don’t refer to me by gendered pronouns. I’m non-binary.
Clear troll. Doesn't realize that the vast majority of AAs don't live in NCR, the board was remote before Covid, and most AAs hired as remote employees so that the board could attract much needed talent across the states to decrease the massive backlog of cases. Any RTO would severely cripple the board ability to not only produce decisions, but also chip away at the still large backlog of pending appeals.
Either that or they clearly don't care about veterans.
I’m simply voicing my support for Secretary Collins’ RTO plans and urging him to go further and require full time FTO for everyone at the Board pursuant to the expressed wishes of President Trump and Elon Musk.
