The hospital one I believe is a flashback to his youth when Rebecca was in the hospital.

I am the one that noticed his hair is much grayer as he walks to the door. His hair has barely any gray in some scenes from the cabin. I think one is Rebecca’s death and the other is Kate. Especially when Toby ask if she is ok with him being there. But he should be there to support his kids being there. Also, someone else noticed the walls to the door are different. This series is very specific with their details so I think it’s done on purpose.

I don’t think tonight’s episode will tell us who Kevin chooses based on his comments to Randall at the end of last week’s episode. I suspect we won’t know until the final episode.[/quote]
