Then the Brazilian authorities freak out. He never wanted this to be a story and certainly doesn't want it to be now. So he says they weren't dressed as police, thinking that will appease the Brazilian authorities and they'll back off. But it doesn't work. Brazil just doesn't get how it looks when you try to detain people for reporting a crime. [/quote]
