Folks who don't are gaming the system.[/quote] I don't know about your school, but the schools I'm familiar with ask FA recipients how much they spend on vacations, cars, homes etc. I really think it is very rare for people to game the system. I guess some people cheat on their taxes, cheat on expense reports etc etc but we all know they will pay later and there isn't much we can do.[/quote]
