The Parent Questionnaire (and any other materials you would like to submit) were due Friday (and are now due whenever they go back to school). That's horrible that they never let you know your DD was in the pool! We got ours later than a lot of people on here, but nonetheless, weeks ago. At least you only have to put together the questionnaire, not a whole referral packet. Good luck![/quote]
