APPEAL ADVICE please NGAT 143 "In Pool", Longfellow pyramid NAT 139 iReady 457 MAP 201 Report Cards mosty 4s; a couple 3s Still didnt get in. Based on scores, thinking HOPE score? or work samples? Teacher doesnt seem to know child since fairly quiet and does as asked. But, very very bored at school and concerned over this for next year.
what are the % for iready and map? i have a currently 4th and 5th grader in AAP and a 1st grader. i feel like while nnat and ngat are good the iready and map are average but maybe i’m wrong
Not average. They're good scores, but yes, it's possible these scores are lower than the other kids who got in at that school. I think around 210ish is the 99% cutoff, but maybe someone else has the exact number?
It depends on when the MAP in question was taken...if it's the most recent 2nd grade MAP, then a 99th percentile score would be above a 225.
