Can't believe folks need to get this spelled out, but what it means is that you need to pay a hefty fee to get your boat across. Both France and Japan paid big bucks to do just that last week, a first for wealthy democratic nations - previously only Omani and Pakistani ships had been let through (with fee, maybe smaller). Iran might perhaps consider letting American ships through, but there might be a "special enemy price" just for the US  :twisted: [/quote]
