There are legit reasons to give judges more flexibility that have been discussed for years. This is not a new topic.

Aside from the Republicans in Congress, no one is “letting criminals off”. Again, there are legit reasons why judges should have more flexibility for sentencing.

The only crime I complain about is Trump’s goons murdering innocent people on the street.

If Republicans and “Democrats” care about “letting criminals off” they should be pushing to hold these a-holes accountable.
