I don't "covet" private universities. That's YOU projecting.  I do think state dollars need to be spent on state students.  Federal dollars on American students.  Yes they can take who they want (as of now), we need to change the rules.  Why the F- should I pay for a foreigner to gain advantage over my kid, my friends, or my countrymen?![/quote]
