[/quote] The boatmaker is probably freaking out because there's likely a few boats currently under construction in their yard that is using similar design elements as the Bayesian. So not only is the boat maker looking at lawsuits from the victims, but they may need to halt current production on projects until an investigation is complete. And this is in addition to reputational risk which would affect brand value, future business, etc. [/quote]
