What happens if 100,000 people all want to be President of the US; only that will make them happy? Or a person wants to be able to fly to be happy? Or people want to be animals, let’s say people want to be dogs or horses or tigers? you are going to turn them into the animal? It will make them happy?
You are thinking a little too narrowly. If God can do ANYTHING- We don't need to live in a world where people can't fly, where garbage exists, where governments or Presidents need to exist, etc. Or are you suggesting that God is not capable of changing things, or having created them differently?
What kind of world would that be? We wouldn’t be human in the world you describe and say is what God should actually do. Humans create garbage, waste, need sewer and water treatment plants. Or God will send angels down to be our workers? What will we be?
I am not an omnipotent God and therefore cannot answer that question.
But you know what the word should really function like. -people don’t get sick -they die at some time without pain ( no details given) -all people are millionaires -whatever makes people happy you, you will give them, no explanation what you would do if child porn or meth or rape or fetanyl made people happy, apparently that’s acceptable? -someone is going to have to provide food, housing, cars, clothing, transportation, etc. Millionaires aren’t going to work in factories or work on a farm or pick up trash or do menial tasks or hard physical labor, so somehow as a god you will make all that happen, or change our bodies so we don’t need to eat or excrete waste or wear clothes or drive cars, etc - our bodies will be impervious to injury or accident, so somehow you will make us very durable and unable to be injured -if we want to fly or be invisible or have super strength or do magic or be tigers or snakes or vampires or live in different time periods, you will grant our every wish and whim -all we have to do is pray to you and whatever we want will appear instantly for us
Here is what I know- if I had any small amount of power to do so, I would ensure that pediatric cancer did not exist.
What about other diseases? Heart disease, metabolic and genetic disorders, children drowning and dying in car accidents? Kids being abused? Kids get kidnapped and murdered? Kids in Africa who get malaria? There’s not just cancer in the world that kills children. Globally, infectious diseases, including pneumonia, diarrhoea and malaria, remain a leading cause of under-five deaths, along with preterm birth and intrapartum-related complications. So you are the big hearted person who would not let kids get cancer, but millions of kids die from diarrhea. Of course they live in 3rd world nations run by despots, war lords, and dictators who don’t care about the health of their citizens and take billions of dollars of their country’s dollars and millions of dollars of aid from other nations, and hang out in Paris. They themselves eat delicious, healthy food, clean water, and have access to world class medical care. Their wives wear couture and carry designer bags and live in mansions. In the US, motor vehicle accidents are the leading cause of death for children aged 1 to 19. The information below is from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Accidents (unintentional injuries) are, by far, the leading cause of death among children and teens. THE TOP THREE CAUSES OF DEATH BY AGE GROUP 0 to 1 year: Developmental and genetic conditions that were present at birth Conditions due to premature birth (short gestation) Accidents (unintentional injuries) 1 to 4 years: Accidents (unintentional injuries) Developmental and genetic conditions that were present at birth Homicide 5 to 9 years: Accidents (unintentional injuries) Cancer Developmental and genetic conditions that were present at birth 10 to 14 years Accidents (unintentional injuries) Suicide (intentional self-harm) Cancer The automobile accounts for the largest number of accidental deaths. All infants and children should use the proper child car seats, booster seats, and seat belts. Other top causes of accidental death are drowning, fire, falls, and poisoning.
