Like plates side by side or first one plate a d then the other?” FIL will tell the waiter “oh one is for the table” which makes no sense, especially since he puts it in front of his plate and doesn’t offer to share. Sometimes he will order a second round when the waiter comes to check on the table. This is super annoying because it adds an extra half hour to the meal while we are just sitting there not eating.
