[/quote] There’s a crazy woman over my the Anacostia Metro that routinely urinates, defecates and pleasures herself in front of the windows at the Thurgood Marshall Academy charter school. I’ve personally seen her doing it on at least two dozen occasions. So yes, it happens. Frequently. [/quote]
