Because Pride is a sinking ship and people cant get out of there fast enough!
If Pride is a sinking ship then Stars is the Titanic.
I mean they did take on the extra dead weight of MCE to make sure they sink all they way down and can nuzzle up right next to it.
Stars also took on a team from Pride who ended up missing out on NGLL due to whatever happened at Pride and from what I could tell those families and players looked happy to have been taken care of by Kristen Carr and the team at ST James. My daughter is on her way out of Stars and the experience had its ups and downs but worked out well for us. Many of those issues were based around an acquisition and covid, but as we leave the program I would invite any 2027 to tryout and be the the team that changes the pecking order at the High School level in the DMV. All you sour MF-ers can kick rocks - I want all these girls to see success no matter the club or school. The way you all talk about CHILDREN says more about you than it say about any club.
Why is your daughter leaving? Why isn’t she willing to be a part of “the team that changes the pecking order at the High School level in the DMV?”
Because she made capital you sour MFer....
Okay, so if she didn’t believe that Stars could change the pecking order, then why should anyone else? And you’re the one that seems sour, swearing at others for no reason. Don’t understand why you’re so sour if your girl made Capital. Try to enjoy it instead of kicking others down.
I hate when people use the use of cuss words to dismiss a point - I literally wished every kid the best of luck no matter club or school, and would love to see a STARS high school team that competes at the highest level. Way to try and make yourself a victim - I’ll repeat it cuss word free for you I wish every kid the best of luck no matter club or school, and would love to see a STARS high school team that competes at the highest level.
Not the responding poster, but it is kind of a tough argument to make that Stars is going to be a great landing spot for high school when you are leaving for greener pastures (and kind of identifying yourself within a small pool in the process). The cuss words didn't impact your argument, just made it less classy (especially when you just kind of identified yourself). That said, glad to hear you defend your daughter's former club and its efforts to create a good playing and development environment for these girls. I share your best wishes for all of them. Great sport, great life lessons on resilience, teamwork, and the rewards of hard work.
Exactly. Nice to support your kid’s former club, but no need for name calling. Just try harder please.
