There are other ways we should be helping people with gender dysphoria besides making them lifelong medical patients.

So you're confirming you don't want adults to transition either.

Why do you think that your opinion on this is more important than the people themselves?  Adults have bodily autonomy and should be given free reign to do what they want with their own bodies.  You're basically a third party observer that doesn't have a say nor should you on what others do with their bodies.[/quote]

Adults with body dysphoria don't always have an easy time finding a doctor willing to remove healthy body parts - transition surgery is somewhat different in this respect but I think that's pretty new.

It really isn't a different issue.  You want to ban surgery for children as a creeping ban on everyone.  I'm fine with banning them under 18.  Once you're 18, you're an adult.[/quote]
