NP here. I started WW just over 3 weeks ago when I saw the scale hit 162 at a doctor's appointment just before Christmas. I'm 5'7 and my goal is a very reasonable 140 by April. I'm 48. I already worked out a lot and barely drink alcohol so trimming 20 pounds really has to come down to diet. The first few pounds came off quick but I've been stuck at 155-156 for a solid week now, despite religiously sticking to the WW plan - I almost never hit the daily point allocations although I'm eating "enough" - eggs, salmon, fat free greek yogurt, fruit, vegetables. Have totally eliminated all sweets and most processed foods (I'll have a multigrain english muffin or whole wheat tortilla every now and then). Trying to stay positive, knowing that I'm eating healthier than I was before and I WILL see the results. I'd like to add more strength/weight training into my routine.
7lbs in 3 weeks is a lot! It will keep coming off
I was stuck at 158 for a month or more, maybe two! I'm now 150-151. Trying to get below 150, I just want to see that 149!!! It's taking forever. Might be stuck at 150 for a while!
