So that is not sustainable. I don’t have solution.

But one town near my old town banned mc mansions, required rental licenses, banned two kitchens, banned bedrooms on basement to keep it one family per house. MoCo costs $20,000 per student to tax payers. Little divorced Suzie uses Moms address her three kids is a $60,000 bill each year.

My neighbors house is a reveal I see school kids coming and going since I moved here. People rent runs kids through HS and leave [/quote]
