The assertion above os that she “is still caucusing with Democrats.”  Anyone out there able to answer my question about support for this claim.  Not caucusing with Republicans does not mean that she os caucusing with Democrats.  TIA.[/quote]

It's the same effect. If the votes for the new Senate's organization are 50 to 49 to 1, the 50 wins. She's said she expects to keep her committee assignments and Schumer has said she will keep her committee assignments. If she screws over the democrats, then she's going to have to hope that the republicans give her one of their seats because the democrats sure wont  [/quote]
