I have a dream, that one day anyone in the U.S., should he/she desires, is entitled to guaranteed employment (heck-year around vacation time), signing bonus, year-end bonus, stock options, show-up at work bonus, no-show at work bonus.

Let's make sure that the equal protection clause applies to all of the above, and more.
