Buses loaded with people are arriving from Texas to DC and NY. Those who off-bard at DC are moving to MC for support. You will see more enrollments if Texas continue to send them over to this area. This explains the increase in people moving in.
People who are paying high taxes are looking elsewhere to move. [/quote]
